Welcome to The Strength Strategist! I'm Jay, a dedicated fitness and health expert with a passion for helping others achieve their personal best. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement and a robust background in the Army, my journey has been defined by discipline, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.
As a former college athlete, I thrived on the football and rugby fields, where I honed my competitive edge and teamwork skills. Over the past 27 years, I have embraced every challenge the fitness world has to offer, competing and excelling in Olympic lifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, and bodybuilding. My versatility and dedication have also led me to conquer marathons, demonstrating my commitment to endurance and personal growth.
I'm proud to hold a NASM certification, which empowers me to provide expert guidance tailored to each individual's needs. After transitioning from law enforcement, I discovered a renewed passion for helping people transform their lives through health and fitness.
